How do I register my Preferred Customer Card?

It’s easy and only takes a few minutes. You’ll need your card’s 16-digit number and the CSC (Card Security Code), which is an 6-digit number that can be found under the scratch-off coating on the back of your card. Got to the registration page here and enter your information.

Why did The Coffee Garden introduce the Preferred Customer Card?

This program is intended to enhance the experience of our loyal customers when they visit our establishment. There will be no more frustrating moments trying to sift through dozens of paper punch cards – as you try and mine out your card. It also demonstrates our commitment to be more environmentally responsible by further eliminating paper waste.

How does The Coffee Garden protect my privacy after I register my Coffee Garden Preferred Customer Card?

Under the The Coffee Garden.Com privacy statement, The Coffee Garden will not give your name to other companies or email you without your permission.

What should I do if my Coffee Garden Preferred Customer Card is Lost?

We’ll gladly replace all registered Coffee Garden “Coffee Rewards” Cards. Contact one of our staff members for more information.

What are the benefits of using The Coffee Garden Preferred Customer Card ?

If you register your card, you will receive information on new menu items and periodic discounts on certain items

Do the Coffee Card benefits expire?

Do I have to present my Card to accrue Points or receive a beverage “Reward”?

Yes. We will however, add functionality to our card processing software to add the ability to look up a customer by phone number. So, it is important to add your phone number when you register the card.


*We base the type of free beverage that you will receive based on the honor system. Since we don’t track the type of beverage that you purchased each time you used your Coffee Garden “Coffee Rewards” Card, we rely on you informing us at the point of sale as to the type of beverage you normally order (after you have accrued 10 points). This will be the beverage you will receive.
